At Fasta Pizza, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience
any issues with your order, we are here to make it right.
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

Incorrect order delivered (wrong item, size, or quantity)

Refunds will not be issued for:

To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer care within 2 hours
of receiving your order:

Once your refund is approved:

For online payments (UPI, Card, Netbanking): Refund will be
processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery: Refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
